Due to the increasing number of recovery requests, we’ve introduced a small Account Recovery Fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources required for our team to securely verify ownership and restore access. It also allows us to continue improving our support systems and maintain fast, reliable assistance for all users.

Once the fee is paid, our team will begin the LUNA Account Recovery process, guiding you through the necessary steps to verify ownership and regain access as quickly as possible.

This system helps ensure recovery requests are handled efficiently while preventing abuse of the service.

Note: Account recovery is handled on a case-by-case basis and successful recovery may require proof of ownership.
